Het Circuito de Jerez-Ángel Nieto is gunstig gelegen bij de snelweg, waardoor het gemakkelijk bereikbaar is met de auto of motor.
Neem de kustsnelweg AP-7 richting Gibraltar en sla dan af op de A-381 richting Sevilla of Cadiz. Hoewel oudere reisgidsen tol op de AP-7 vermelden, is deze weg nu tolvrij en aanzienlijk sneller dan de parallelle A-7. De reis duurt ongeveer 2,5 uur.
Gebruik de AP-4 richting het zuiden naar Jerez de la Frontera en neem dan de A-382 richting Arcos de la Frontera. Hoewel de AP-4 momenteel tolvrij is, zijn er discussies over het opnieuw heffen van tol in de nabije toekomst. Als alternatief kan de parallelle snelweg A-4 worden gebruikt. De rit van Sevilla naar het circuit duurt ongeveer 1 uur.
