El Circuito Ángel Nieto de Jerez está convenientemente situado cerca de la autopista, lo que facilita el acceso en coche o moto.
Toma la autopista de la costa AP-7 en dirección a Gibraltar y, luego, cambia a la A-381 hacia Sevilla o Cádiz. Aunque las guías más antiguas pueden indicar peajes en la AP-7, esta carretera es ahora gratuita y bastante más rápida que la A-7 paralela. El trayecto dura aproximadamente 2:30 horas.
Utiliza la AP-4 en dirección sur hasta Jerez de la Frontera y, después, toma la A-382 hacia Arcos de la Frontera. Aunque actualmente la AP-4 es gratuita, se está debatiendo la posibilidad de volver a cobrar peaje en un futuro próximo. Como alternativa, se puede utilizar la autopista paralela A-4. El viaje desde Sevilla hasta el circuito dura aproximadamente 1 hora.
